Procrastination Post

I should be packing for ALA. Or working on my AV grant. Or cleaning.

Instead, I am reading my FL. And writing fanfiction. And playing with my new Devon action figure (courtesy of an artist on eBay).

I'm working on several Oz/Devon (what a surprise!) pieces that have been WIPs for ages. I want to finish them up in Seattle.

It's in Seattle this year. I'm worried about making it because it looks like we are in for nasty weather the next few days. I am supposed to fly out on Wednesday at 6am. Hopefully, I will make it.

I don't think Devon would survive the flight. He'll have to stay home with Oz and fend for himself. Luckily, I have several Ozs to chose from not to mention Scott Evil and the Flaming Carrot. I wonder what Nancy Pearl (the Librarian Action Figure) will make of it all.

You're going to Seattle for ALA? I'm going to Seattle in March for the national TESOL convention. (English as a Second Language teachers).

I'm so very excited. I've never been to Seattle. We're even staying over a long weekend to enjoy ourselves a little more.

As long as you don't leave Devon alone. He'd be sad. Take Evil Scott so he can give Nancy Pearl a hard time!
