Back again with a question

I've been very non-posty lately. Between the library and life, I've been too tired to comment. Plus, my version of Semagic is doing weird things. I really don't want to have to reload it. As soon as I can get it to behave, I will post the WIP meme with part of my long overdue story for dolores. I'm writing it!

So, here's my question: Does anyone know how to screencap DVDs? If you do, could you point me to a tutorial on how to do it or walk me through it? I really want to make some Greg the Bunny and Jason Hall screencaps. Help!
