Wrecked II: The Wrath of Darla
Oct. 18th, 2006 09:07 pmThe good news is that my x-rays came back today and showed no damage to my neck or any signs of TMJ.
The bad news is that Mrs.CrazyBitchCheckWriter let her insurance lapse so all the information she gave me was absolutely bogus and there is no way I can file a claim for damages or personal injury (which I wasn't going to do anyway). That could explain why she didn't want to get the police involved. Oh, and SHE filed a claim with MY insurance company claiming that SHE was injured and her car was damaged. Now, when I spoke to her at CVS she said she was fine and there was no visible damage to her car. She told my insurance company, I stopped suddenly and she ran into me. Well, I told my insurance adjuster the story I posted yesterday and Mrs.CrazyBitchCheckWriter ain't gettin' no money from my insurance company! Payback's a bitch, sweetie!
I wasn't going to file an accident report with the police because it's not required if damages are under $250. Well, now I am! Driving without insurance is a crime in Texas. She won't get jail time (unless she has outstanding warrants), but she will be slapped with a big hefty fine. Take that you insurance fraud whore!
