Falling Trees
Gas shortages
3 1/2 days without electricity (and Live Journal)in 100 degree weather
So our power was finally restored at 2p.m. this afternoon. I am exhausted. We cleaned up the yard, emptied the Gigantic Freezer of Doom, and laundered a weeks worth of clothes. Now, I'm going to take a long shower and go to bed.
The lights keep flickering so I don't know how long we will have electricity. If they go out again, I will kill someone.
I've missed you guys. Next hurricane, I'm going to ride it out somewhere fun.
