Don't ask me why I'm cruising YahooGroups on Christmas Eve Eve, but I found this little gem and thought I'd share it with you all. Here's the description for the SpikeandB4ever YahooGroup:

This role play is about Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It is set Buffy's second year of college. She is into both Spike and Devon Mcleash who is a member of the same band that Oz is in. Just as Oz stayed with Willow and never left town and he never chated on her like in the show. Angel never left town neither did Cordeli and Angel ends up with Cordy. Darla and Dru did come back to hurt Angel and the gang and Darla still got pregnant and had Connor. Connor is 16 around Dawns age. Come and join and have fun. Made up characters are allowed.


Poor Darla! That must have been one difficult labor and delivery.

Also, if you are going to do a RPG, spell Devon's last name right, damn you!

The Secret Lives of Small Town Old Maid Librarians

I just finished watching the last few minutes of It's a Wonderful Life and I was struck by these two thoughts:

So, Mary's horrible fate was to end up being an "old maid" Librarian. Speaking as a not so old maid wannabe librarian, it's not such a bad life even if I had to check the bookdrop today.

Secondly, I've got this wild idea that someone should write Pottersville fic about AU Mary having a torrid, secret affair with slutty, drunken Violet.
