Washington State Weather

Hi gang! I'm heading to Seattle on Wednesday for the ALA Midwinter Conference and was wondering if anyone on my FL could give me some weather advice? What should I wear? I know it has been colder than usual. I've been to Seattle in April, but January is another story. Please note, I'm from Texas so I can handle 110 degree weather, but I tend to freeze when the thermometer hits 50.

I'm spending most of my time in Seattle with a side trip to Lacy for a pilgrimage to Shipwreck Beads.
